Fictionalizing the Future West Memphis 3 Movie

Under the heading of "The M Question," Mara Leveritt wrote among other things:
As you know, it has been important to me that any film version of “Devil’s Knot” not be fictionalized. What happened in this case is so unbelievable, I do not want viewers to have to wonder for a moment whether anything that was portrayed did or did not actually happen. Everyone involved with the film has expressed a similar vision.
Well, this is rich coming from the author who implied that the police planted the knife in the pond without any evidence whatsoever. Or who conveniently left out Damien Echol's prior misbehavior out of her book. Or who continually hounds John Mark Byers while conveniently not mentioning that JMB had an airtight alibi. Devil's Knot is full of stuff that's more or less fictionalized. Does this mean that the movie will be more accurate than the original book?
Let's face it, Mara likes to portray herself as being a bold reporter and in a way she's right. Leveritt has been bold in serious transgressions against journalistic ethics. She has engaged in cherry picking and ignored evidence that did not fit his thesis. She is not interested in fairness. Mara Leveritt has given in to aggrandizement and egomania. Mara is a journalistic slacker and hypocrite.
Everything noted above about Mara Leveritt's so-called journalism is true not only of Devil's Knot, but about The Boys on the Tracks as well.
